Who We Are

About PrecedentIQ

A bench for instructing advocates and law firms, providing drafting, research and case strategy, delivered to filing standard.

Company Overview

PrecedentIQ provides drafting, advisory, case-strategy, transactional and translation support to instructing advocates and law firms across ten practice areas. It takes no vakalatnama, holds no client relationship, and appears in no proceeding. The instructing advocate remains the advocate of record throughout.

How We Work (People / Process / Security)

People: each hub is staffed by advocates working that forum, supported by legal researchers and language specialists where the record requires it.

Process: every brief runs through drafting, verification against the primary source, revisions, and instructing-advocate sign-off before it is used.

Security: matter information is handled under access controls and confidentiality undertakings scoped to the individuals working a given brief.

Team

The bench is organised by hub, not by seniority alone. A matter in taxation is worked by the tax hub, and a matter in arbitration by the arbitration hub. Cross-hub matters are coordinated by whichever hub the primary cause of action sits in.

Security & Confidentiality

Papers shared with PrecedentIQ are treated as privileged and confidential. Access is limited to those working the brief, documents are retained only as long as the matter requires, and a conflict check runs before any new matter is opened.

Certifications

Details of PrecedentIQ's current data-handling and security practices are available on request from an instructing advocate or firm considering engagement.
